She headed the literary department of the Novosibirsk Opera and Ballet Theatre and Perm's "Teatr-Teatr", and worked as a staff lecturer-art historian at the Perm Opera and Ballet Theatre.

Since 2021 – Curator of educational programs at musicAeterna, curator of creative residencies in Moscow and Krasnoyarsk.
